The staff was very rude. We asked for a cup of water and she showed attitude to us. Usually this barely happens but this is the first time I have ever seen a flight attendant do that. And also at the airport when we checked in some suitcases then the person threw the suitcase onto the belt. Plus the flight so dirty. When we entered the plane and found our seat the baggage space was completly like garbage. There were food crumbs everywhere and also, they should really give assigned seats because if there are 4 people then 2 will sit together and the other 2 will sit somewhere else. But one good thing is that it is cheap and you can cancel your ticket anytime.

So today we flew back in from Chicago Midway to Houston Hobby on Southwest airlines flight 2518, and we had the greatest experience. We are at the gate waiting for boarding to start when suddenly, the captain began speaking over the microphone. He definitely had everyone’s full attention as he went through the do’s and don’ts of boarding the aircraft in the most diplomatic but funny and comical way. What kind of pilot would take time from their busy schedule to do entertain the passenger and put their travels at ease. Well meet Captain Willie!!!! Not only did he go through the boarding protocol but as we boarded the plane, he was not in the cockpit but instead was standing at the front of the plane greeting every single passenger as they walked onto the plane. I told him how much I appreciated him and that I was going to put him on all social media platforms and his name was going to be very well known. He was like “sure no problem”. Then just when one would think things couldn’t get any better there, he was right after landing the plane once again standing at the front of the cockpit to wish his passengers well on their journey.

As I approached him, I asked if it was ok if I took a picture of him, he happily obliged. In fact, he said let’s take one right over here (the small area where the flight attendants are making drinks and etc), and then without even a blink of an eye, he said I can do better than that and he invited me into the cockpit to take a picture with him. The excitement did not stop there as he then took pictures of me and my husband in the cockpit like we had just finished flying the plane ourselves…….WOW I have always been excited about SWA but now I must say I am that much more excited about our next journey with SWA…hmmm oh where oh where will we travel next. Well, wherever it is I want the magical, delightful experience I had with Captain Willie where the Captain’s/ Pilots are approachable, caring, compassionate, and joyful ensuring all the customers’ needs are met with kindness and delight. So, if you happen to board a flight and run across Captain Willie be sure to let him know that one of his favorite passengers Patti said hello.

Please feel free to share this post I would love for Captain Willie to get some amazing attention, just like the attention he gave us today. He receives the biggest Gold Star in my book. Thank you, Captain Willie and happy flying. #dreamfulfilled.

Even though My Flight was Delayed because of Mechanical Issues and the AC wasn't on the new Plane, They Made Sure to Make Up for It. The Flight Attendants kept Offering the Passengers More and More refills of Beverages and Water. They were Giving Extra Snacks and The Pilots kept Apologizing for the Problems.

I like flying with Southwest, but you guys told of my suitcase.You need to teach You're employees to handle people luggage they Like they don't care because they didn't spend their money on it now.I have to buy a whole another set because of your employees

Flt. Out LATE ,
FLIGHT RETURN CHARLOTTE TO BALTIMORE 2HRS LATE MISSED CONECTING FLIGHT 20MIN SO WHILE IN FLIGHT THEY REBOOK ME TO LAST FLIGHT 5 AND A HALF HOURS LATER SO I SPENT 9 AND A HALF HRS IN THE AIRPORT = 12HRS TOTAL FOR A 3 HR FLIGHT AND THE SO CALL "CUSTOMER SERVICE " BASICALLY NONE Existence. 😔 😟
