Flt. Out LATE ,
FLIGHT RETURN CHARLOTTE TO BALTIMORE 2HRS LATE MISSED CONECTING FLIGHT 20MIN SO WHILE IN FLIGHT THEY REBOOK ME TO LAST FLIGHT 5 AND A HALF HOURS LATER SO I SPENT 9 AND A HALF HRS IN THE AIRPORT = 12HRS TOTAL FOR A 3 HR FLIGHT AND THE SO CALL "CUSTOMER SERVICE " BASICALLY NONE Existence. 😔 😟

The prices are way higher than other airlines and on this trip, I was delayed on both flights. The first resulting in having to come back the next day after spending a half day at the airport. Then, on the return flight , one of the staff in the boarding line on the flight from Houston to Tampa was very rude and demanded I zip my backpack after I put my small Fanny bag in it. I paid for priority boarding and she let a large group go ahead of me for not zipping my bag enough after I put my small pack in it. After being delayed multiple hours resulting in getting home close to 2 am now, the attitude of staff was not appreciated. I travel a lot and I won’t choose this airline in the future. Better off going with American.

I've traveled with Southwest three times in the last two months, and they are never on time. Every time, I receive a text at the last minute informing me that my flight is delayed. Right now, I'm sitting in the Sacramento airport, and I've just received a text for the third time that my flight is delayed. If you have something important and need to be on time, never fly Southwes.

I purchased 2 business Class tickets from CVG to DEN and return
WHAT A RIP OFF $1400 for just boarding ahead of a few people.
Free drink we don't use. People who paid a lot less boarded and chose business class seats. Southwest would not give me a credit for the difference of a regular ticket.
They are the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Don't pay for Business class.

Southwest airlines has the rudest staff from the airport check ins to the plane itself ( from ride to houston to Odessa alot nicer but never got any service ) if it wasnt for southwest vacations i would never fly southwest they talk so ugly to you one dumped the tray right next to me soaking me with whatever had spelt on tray never said a word dried myself off i made sure to have arms where i didnt get bumped didnt help they bumped
Into me several times never apologizing once houston airport has the rudest tsa ive ever seen not to mention they broke 5 of mine and my husband’s items in our suitcases horrible experience
