Efficient and pleasant staff. Food has improved. It was a pleasant trip home. My seatbelt was very dirty. Looked liked caked on food. Quick offloading which was good. The bus ride from the International airport to the domestic terminal was horrible. The driver would drive very fast and then break hard which is dangerous for passengers (especially those standing). I think he needs to be retrained or given a different job before he hurts someone.

Good trip mostly however seat was broken wouldn't recline. I don't normally recline however the person in front of me reclined making the screen very close to my face so it was uncomfortable to view. Seatbelt was very dirty.

Seats were comfortable however mine was wet. Flight attendant replaced the cushion so no problem. Food has improved greatly. Service was excellent. In flight entertainment could have a greater variety.

Good service, on time flight and pleasant staff. Short but pleasant flight. Easy check-in. Pity about the lack of a sky bridge but this is not a fault of Qantas but of Hobart Airport.

Booked an extra leg room seat for a last minute flight and could not use points. Haven't flown Qantas for some time and found this flight to be a pleasurable experience. The making of this flight would have to be the crew. Excellent , done with a dose of Australian humour/ laid back but efficient service.
Can they make the seats any tighter or more uncomfortable ?
