First experience on this airline and I'm impressed. Best part is probably the food which is possibly the nicest airline food I've had with Malaysian airlines coming in very close. Friendly staff, everything as expected.
Only thing I'd work to improve is providing more fluids on the flight. Drinks are in small paper cups and filled 2/3rds only, possibly due to spills I guess. Its also not cold enough for cold drinks.
Online movies - good variety, no complaints.
Flights were on time, luggage arrived quickly, transit uneventful although I'm not sure why there's a need to do a security screen again.
Would definitely use again.

Horrible airline didn’t receive my luggage either time when arriving to my destination , also didn’t receive my boarding pass for my second flight either time therefore delaying my short layover nearly missing my last flight to my destination , as part of my ticket I was supposed to be given a meal on my second flight from Muscat to Shiraz however I wasn’t which was disappointing , and when arriving to Shiraz I didn’t have any clothing which delayed my holiday further which was quite distressing and the same thing happens when arriving to the uk but this time I received my luggage two days later and my luggage was also damaged .

After reading the negative reviews about Oman I was a bit concerned that maybe I had booked the wrong airline. However not so. Oman Air are excellent. The website is easy to use and very helpful for checking in online and reserving seats. The staff at the gate and all cabin crew on the plane were friendly and polite. It was a very modern aircraft. In flight entertainment was good. Unfortunately I could not eat some of the food but that was my personal choice. The airport in Muscat is superb with a comfortable departure lounge. Both flights left on time. I will certainly be flying with them again in the near future.

If there was a zero star option, I would have chosen that.

They caused us such great distress and disappointment. My family members were so devastated. There was no previous mention of the need to liaise with their personal airline doctor, even though we were in contact regarding the need for special assistance. Rather than informing us in advance, we were denied entry and now my daughter is alone. I was supposed to meet her. I never have seen such lousy customer service.

We provided all documentation for fit to fly for the passenger but we were not allowed to board the airplane. They have no consistency in their policy. There was no mention of any requirement for fit to fly from their personal airline doctor. Never have I seen such a ridiculous requirement. We had all reports present from a certified medical attending. The passenger flying was a doctor too. There was no consideration for our money or patronage. NO COURTESY FOR THEIR CLIENTS.

I implore that you never EVER use this airline company. Absolutely the worst.

I am pleased with the service quite a bit.
I asked the captain to announce the destination in the local language as the crew thanked us both for the landing and the departure.

The topic is to make the announcement in the local language of the appropriate destination. in order for the passengers to be content. In less than a month, they put their notes into practice. I am grateful to the Oman airline and teh respected staff.
