We flew economy KUL-AMS. The flight departed 40 minutes late but arrived on time. Unfortunately the front seat pockets were not cleaned before we boarded. Supper was tomato rice with chicken, long beans and pickles. Breakfast was omelette with red sauce. As the flight was almost 13 hours, we would have appreciated a sandwich in between. But we forgive KLM as stroopwafels were substituted as snacks! The crew were friendly. Tall passengers will appreciate the generous legroom.

Perfect on time, loved the entertainment, polite and lovely staff, but the food was a disappointment.

This airline is very good. The departure lounge and airplane were very clean (especially appreciated with the airplane toilets). The flights was on time; the attendants were friendly and helpful; the food and drink were very good; and the entertainment (i.e., videos, TV, music, etc.) was abundant.

Flying with the oldest and once the most prestigious airlines was a disappointment in terms of service and food quality. It is evident that Air France has taken an financial toll on this once excellent airline. The service was slow and no refills of our cocktails were offered. The food quality unfortunately bad. I did not find the plane clean at all. The ground crew in YVR was not friendly and unfortunately unhelpful, seemed to be preoccupied with socializing with each other rather than passenger assistance.
During the flight the flight attendances could not with to get off the flight and presumably get home.
The overhead announcements were on comprehensible. We have flown business class on most mayor airlines, and realized KLM standards have slipped suggestive of partner Air France dictated budgetary restraints, as the standard and quality are not up to the pricey business class expectations.

Excellent service all round. Polite attendants, free drink of tea, coffee, water or juice along with a snack. Comfortable seats, on schedule flights. Ryanair has a lot to live up to. I will always fly with KLM whenever possible. An airline that appreciates its customers.
