Travel date was 28th April 2018. Take off - landing both were flawless.Flight was right in time. As it was an economy class journey so leg space as well as seating comfort were in line with this class. We traveled back to Delhi by KLM from Amsterdam in same type of aircraft and found no difference, rather food quality in Jet is better suited to our Indian taste.In flight services were good specially food and drinks/beverages. Jetscreen wifi O.K. I also used their Lounge at Delhi Airport- it is also good. Overall a comfortable journey as per expectation.

I have been travelling with Jet On and Off,The service has become baaaaaaaaaaaaad...quality of snacks/food has slowly become pathetic.Staff seems to be disinterested...I dont know why it is not good after having being premium at one time

Travelled on 28th of June 2018, on flight 9W 690 from Delhi IGI to SVPIA Ahmedabad.

We had arrived from Jodhpur on Jet Airways flight 9W 732 and thus had our check-in baggage through checked-in till Ahmedabad. Also, we had our boarding passes along with us. Thus, we didn't check in our bags at the counters at Delhi, but instead just went through the security check at Domestic Transfers Section.

Since flight was delayed over 50 mins, we had approx. 1 hr 20 mins to kill at the Delhi Airport Terminal 3. So, we just roamed around the airport and ate at Vaango (a south-Indian restaurant).

Boarding was efficient. On-board experience, however, was slightly marred by the hard seats with old cushioning and old-looking appearance of the aircraft. Well, though the aircraft may be old (ours was 12 years old), refurbishment can be done to make it look better and modern.

Another point I'd like to mention was the quantity of food given. In the previous Jet flight which was in late afternoon, a sandwich, Kitkat and water (along with imli) was given. Fine, for that was actually snack time.

In this flight which departed the runway at 8:40 pm (instead of 7:10 pm), instead of an expected full-fledged dinner from a full-service carrier, the crew just gave a roti-wrap, a small chocolate pastry and water. In their int'l flights, they do give full-fledged dinners/lunches. The same can be replicated on domestic flights. Otherwise, they would lose their business to other full-service carriers like Vistara and Air India which provide way-better meals in terms of quality and quantity.

Crew was smiling and helpful.

Nevertheless, recommended.

If I could give a Negative number I would.
Booked flight from USA. Downloaded the app also. To have access to the flight details and seats.
Never able to see our reservation, nor change any info. No online chat to get info. The app email from app does not work. I emailed them 4 times. Gave up. Finally found an email that gave me response, after 5days.

Then the in-flight service. So inefficient. Drink service and meal service never to be done at same time. In my 40yrs flying experience never seen this quality.

The food was another mess. The hot Roti, was in name only. So hard and cold. Suggestion. Put it on top of the hot meals, as all others do.

While the services within India have deteriorated considerably due to cutting corners even in employing and training of the crew including ground staff, the services to the neighboring countries is even worse. However, on this flight the saving grace was the service provided by Romel Pradhan and Taranibala. the landing at Delhi was bad as usual and is not good for passengers having back trouble.
