The staff was very kind and always happy to help and very profesional, diversity for the meals and also Japan is one of the most diverse countries.

I was on the premium economy seat to Tokyo for night flight, and wanted to see the differences, I booked for economy seat for morning flight to KUL from Tokyo and frankly speaking, it was as satisfied as the premium seat!

Although the seat was different and there was no extra amenities, the space was still big compared to other airlines economy seat (it was rated world first class economy seat) and one thing I couldn't forget is how amazing the meal was and we were given a cup of Haagen Dazs ice cream for dessert! Imagine when you finished your meal and expected nothing else but then you were given a cup of ice cream and everyone loves ice cream! I was enjoying the whole flight that I watched a few movies rather than taking naps till we reached KUL.

Certainly choosing this airline again for my next trip to Japan!

JAL offered few classes of seat and being curious with the premium economy seat, we booked for it for our night trip to Tokyo from KUL by paying a little bit more than the economy seat and the experience was great as you would have never expected for this class of seat and you get to enjoy the lounge service before the flight.

First we were seated before the economy seat rows, with bigger space, different seat, extra amenities (slippers/toothbrush/hair brush/eye cover) and we have already felt how premium it was. The flight crews were all really professional and they were smiling the whole time, I guess they have the best smile compared to other airlines. Not to forget, clean lavatories and it has a full body mirror inside.

Since it was a night flight, we slept all the way to Tokyo and to be honest, I wasn't even feeling tired or having body ache after the long flight and the seat must have contributed to this!

This is our 2nd time flying on JAL. In flight service is great. Hostesses are always waiting to help. We highly recommend this airline.

very clean and sophisticated bathroom. huge extra leg even for the economy class, great foods, love it!
