I booked an IndiGo flight from Istanbul to Mumbai as the airline offered the trip for 200€ less than "premium airlines" like Turkish Airlines, Emirates,....
As the the trip is a seven hour flight, I expected the airplane to be equipped with tv-screens, lots of space and a decent amount of food. Unfortunately, the Boeing 777 was pretty old with the seats being positioned way to close to each other. (I'm 6'0/182cm)
Unexpectedly, the screens were neither showing the actual location or offering screen entertainment - without any kind of offline series or film, this flight would have been quite awful.
All in all, I can recommend to use IndiGo if your standard is pretty low and you need the bare minimum to get from A to B. Nevertheless, spending a bit more to fly with a premium airline is absolutely recommend.
I was travelling to Dubai. My flight timing was 13:35, Around 12:30 i reached airport. Staff was not willing to support at all. Showing bad attitude just to make extra money to change flight. Indigo staff don't care at all to customer. It seems company is greedy and trying to make additional money by fooling customer. Staff at Mumbai airport flight- 6E 1455 on 3rd august evening near to boarding. While asking question he start saying he is not doing time pass instead of answering customer question. Over all very bad experience. Will never recommend and never travel to Indigo Airline
I had an absolutely terrible experience with Indigo airlines. My luggage was not boarded with my flight, and despite numerous attempts to contact their customer service, I have received no satisfactory response. Initially, they promised that my luggage would be delivered within a day, but it has been far longer with no updates or communication. Calls to their support team go unanswered, and I am left without any resolution. This has been the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. I strongly advise avoiding Indigo unless you want to risk losing your belongings and receiving zero support in resolving the issue.
The crew member took away my untouched food while I was asleep and when I enquired about it, they just brushed it off carelessly as an oversight without so much as an apology.
