Mostly friendly and helpful staff. But I could only manage one bite of the toasted ham and cheese sandwich. It was very hot but soggy with the bottom half stuck to the cardboard. The cheese was like some sort of tasteless gu.

Check in at Bari was slow. The queue was long and moved slowly as there were only 2 check in counters open. The plane could have been cleaner.

Flught was excellent and staff were very helpful, plane was clean and comfortable table with a good choice of food and drink

The easiness of dropping off our luggage, speedy boarding, upfront seats all added to the comfort of our flight from Newcastle. The return journey was a bit chaotic at check-in but on the whole it was a very pleasant experience. Would definitely use Easyjet again

I understand that there were problems with air traffic control and the weather but to leave 600 people queueing at customer services for hours without bags, without any information is unforgiveable. In fact they were giving out the wrong information on their app. An utter shambles of a company.
