Terrible company and terrible managment. This is supported by the fact that the government aka the Croatian people had to bail out this company from bancrupcy many times. They also sometimes lose bags

first off the plane had to go back to airport and took an extra hour causing me to miss my next flight, upon arriving in frankfurt no staff members helped us to direct us to our next flight and didn’t even book us on the next flight to dubai which is first off illegal, then additionally forgit 2 suitcases in frankfurt, caused us to be 12 hours late and not having 2 suitcases, terrible never ever again using this airline absolute disgrace and deserve a refund for the abysmal treatment of this airline

Flight was delayed once and then again.
It was supposed to take off at 21.20 and was delayed for 22.50 and then delayed again for 00.30
No one said anything, no one knew why, terrible experience and this wasn’t the first time. Never again flying with Croatia Airlines. Never again.

Overall Croatia airlines staff at airport were extremely rude and weren’t even at the desk. Had to track them down to ask a question on upgrades as a star alliance hold member. Boarding was a complete mess as they board from stairs from front and back and no guidance of what door to use and people are trying to pass each other in aisle. Wanted to change a seat and could not be bothered to even check. Inbound was 2 hrs late with a rolling delay. Overall really poor quality service and would not fly them again
