GARBAGE AIRLINE!!!!!! They go out of their way to make everyone miserable. Small, slow, HOT, cramped dirty little planes. Depart 1.5 hours late ..for no reason, no reason at all. Make you wait on broiling hot tarmac ..for no reason, no reason at all. And when you finally get in the Terminal ..you wait another hour HOPING to get your luggage. Also for no reason, no reason at all. Maybe staff is on their hourly Vodka break? TOTAL
DISGRACE. NEED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS IMMEDIATELY

Pet friendly flights with reasonable prices and optimal flight schedules.

I would like to highlight the friendly customer service and my positive experience over the phone with Ivana , from Dubrovnik. She helped modifying our booking to be able to travel with our pet, with minimal extra cost.
I wish to thank her for her help.

The flight experience was just as expected, no negative remarks.

Decided to fly (~1hr) from Dubrovnik to Zagreb to maximise our time. Small airport, short flight; thought it'd be a smooth process. After waiting several hours, found out via email that our flight at 10:35pm was delayed till 12:15am. Then hours later, another email to say it was delayed till 12:30am (thankfully not that much longer). Plane seemed full. The short flight was not notable; no snacks, can't remember if we were offered water. Baggage claim was also a longer wait than expected, considering the airport didn't seem busy. We didn't get out of the airport until about 2:20am. It was difficult to book Uber/Bolt taxis for a 10-15min period after. Just had to be a bit patient. We did muse that it might've been better to have taken Flixbus, with which we have had no major issues, but that was under the wrong idea it was a 6hr ride. It's actually 9-10hr. Bus schedules are also limited. So in hindsight, the flight, though delayed, was still a better option for us to buy more time in Dubrovnik.

Horrible customer service. Their website doesn't work half the time to even look up your flight reservation. The website doesn't allow you to change reservations online. You have to call them during their Croatian business hours which translates to roughly midnight to 7am on West Coast time. They refuse to be flexible with their customer service. I wanted to change my flight so I opted to book a new flight and retain my old flight and hoped that they would credit back my old flight. I did this because of their aforementioned inflexible and impossible to work with reservation system which apparently works on some early version of the Commadore 64. Their website is absolutely atrocious and it is obvious they don't invest anything into making it more user friendly because they don't care about their customers at all.

We had some problems with online checking on the return flight, so we had to solve it inthe airport, check-in lady was very nice and helpful even if it meant extra work for her. Also staff on board was very kind.
