Very inefficient and poor service.
On the 5th of August I took a flight from SJJ to ZAG onboard 9A-CQF, a Dash 8. Despite being relatively new, the plane's interior is in terrible shape.My seat 14A was broken, cupholder broken and overall the interior was filthy.Cabin crew seemed unenthusiastic but did their job.
My return was on 12th of August, again on the same plane.The flight was first delayed by 45 minutes and then by another hour and finally departed at 00:10, more than two hours after the scheduled departure.This time I sat on 19A.Again the seat back was broken.
The biggest issue is the checkin.Their online checkin does not work for flights outside the EU so it has to be done manually at the counter.This is not stated anywhere and the online checkin on the airline's website says 'visa required ADC" or "unable to checkin". This, coupled with very high prices for a 40 minute flight onboard a very badly maintained aircraft and basic service consisting of just a glass of water, makes this carrier one to avoid.
