I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the outstanding service I received from your ground staff at Zamboanga Airport on August 22nd. My flight from Zamboanga to Manila (5J 850) was delayed due to technical issues, and I was worried about missing my connecting flight from Manila to Vietnam.
However, thanks to the quick thinking and dedication of your team, especially those working under Madam Sheila, I was able to board an earlier flight and make my connection. The enthusiasm and commitment they showed in helping us were truly remarkable and made all the difference in our journey.
I was exhausted and just wanted to get home, and your team's efforts brought immense relief. While I regret that I can't recall their names, please convey my heartfelt thanks to Madam Sheila and her team. Their kindness and professionalism will not be forgotten.

Our flight was supposed to be yesterday evening. We did checked in in cebu pac. Self kiosk around 7:30pm, machine didn't print our boarding pass, we tried for the second time and still nothing, only it print when we tried to another machine. And here it goes the long cue line, all passenger need to be in 1 line and only 2 staff in the counter. Staffs were not approachable and helpful. They give you option which you cannot choose at all. In short, we didn't able to catch the flight last night and ended up of wasting the time and Money.. whoever reading this please make sure not to book a flight of this airline. Or if you're thinking about your budget, think twice or million times. 🙏
2 hours before I am supposed to board an aircraft and there is still no gate showing to board at. Checking luggage was a pain in the @$$ and security was quite annoying. Everyone else went through with no hassle...except the white guy.
Most pathetic airline. I am wondering how this airline is still flying! TIME AND MONEY WASTERS! I would advise to the 'genius' owner of this terrible company to just try to use the absolute pathetic/ridiculous/ astonishingly stupid website!!!
