I recently had the displeasure of flying with Cebu Pacific Air, and it was an absolutely dreadful experience. From start to finish, the customer service at the counter was abysmal. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting passengers.
The baggage check-in process was a nightmare. Not only was it disorganized and painfully slow, but I was also forced to pay an outrageous $75 at the counter for my checked luggage. This airline clearly has no respect for its customers, and I would strongly advise anyone considering flying with Cebu Pacific Air to choose a different airline.
