Disgusting company of thieves. I couldn’t check-in or include a checked bag online so I tried to purchase it at the counters. They made me pay 75 USD for a 10kg suitcase. Do not fly with this company , they are just disgusting.

Emirates lost my suitcase....

Booked flights to Butuan from Cebu for 6 people with PAL.
PAL cancelled the flight after 7 hours.... offered a refund...Got to wait 3 months for my money back......
Emirates and PAL should be ashamed of their services....
So rebooked with Cebu Pacific.......
Cebu Pacific were great. Flights on time. Clean and professional. Faultless service from all their staff.
This the worst company ever. if rebooking is an option for go basic at least the passenger should be a option to change aswell. 7k for a ticket for a person that would not even rebook it for another person.
this might have been the worst company so far. its a ticket for a for months ahead at least we say earlier.to change the changes.
The website crashed twice while booking. In the end the flight was cancelled 9 hours before departure. No alternative flights were available. The refund luckily came through within two days.
