booked a flight for LAO-MNL for 7:10 am this morning (07/31/24), i got in the airport at 6:35 today and they didn’t let me in na bc i was too late na daw, 6:25 na daw nagsara ang check-in nila and they were ready to takeoff na. but when you’re thinking about it when it comes to a busy airport at least pag nasa security ka na you still have time to be in the gate to catch your flight and they even go on time habang ang maliit na airport that has only one flight dipa nasusunod ang time and just went on their way. i just don’t get it, it was outrageous, the one that i booked stated 7:10, they should’ve honour that time. ano yun, the pilot or maybe the airplane needs to be somewhere else kaya ang aga na nila nag take off? make it makes sense @cebupacific
I can consider myself as a frequent traveler. Being such, I am fond of making reviews both for hotels and airlines everytime I travel. I’d made so much good reviews already of the good service I often receive from PAL cabin crews. They have well trained, very polite, accommodating and courteous flight attendants.
Seldom do I use Cebu Pacific and I think this is just but my second time to avail of their flight service. Upon entering, I cannot help but compare my experience with Cebu Pacific with that of other airliines such as PAL, Cathay Pacific, Etihad, Eva, Ana , Emirates. I know I cannot compare Cebupac with the other airlines maybe at least with PAL
In PAL, upon boarding we are welcomed by the staff with warm smile, watm greetings and very attentive to the passengers’ needs.
I got so observant with the way Cebu Pacific welcomed their passengers. My attention was caught how particular they are in keeping the lavatory clean. I have to commend them for that . Almost all of the cabin crews are courteous and accommodating especially MEDO. He is very polite , courteous and accommodating. These traits are really commendable. He is such an assets of the airline. Pauline and Raiza also deserved my commendation for being so accommodating. But it was with so much disappointment to observe how unprofessional FA TANNY treats the passengers. I think she needs to be RETRAINED. It was the very time to see such FA who never SMILE and SNOBS passengers whom she knows has a concern to raise. VERY INSENSITIVE!!!
Hopefully a short flight with no comfort , non stop, uninteresting communications during the flight . Bad refund policy in case of no show. They dont refund the flight ( I can understand ) nor the taxes , that they do not pay ( merely a scam ) because of no show . Greedy filipino company to avoid .
Incompetent, unreliable and not helpful. Worst airline!!Zero star actually. And I will never ever take any cebu pacific flight. My sister took a flight from Cagayan de Oro to manila 24/July. To catch her 3:55am international flight to shanghai then london. Flight in CDO was cancelled then she was given 8:45pm flight. Then it was a hour delayed with no notice at all. I appreciate that there was typhoon in manila but my sister was asking if they can extend help to communicate to her manila international flight. Eventually they arrived to Manila at 12midnight that would give her enough time to transfer to terminal 1. But then they stayed in the runway for hours then her luggage has gone missing which made her leave for her international flight without her luggage. There’s no staff whom shen can ask for assistance or at least answer her question. We were literally begging to them to give her a bit of assistance to transfer to her international flight but nothing at all has been extended. We even explained to them that if she missed her flight it would cost alot to buy a new ticket and if she doesn’t come back to london she might lost her job. But cebu pacific has no care, compassion and understanding to the passengers. So disappointing!!!!
