On time.Fast check in and fast boarding.We flew small plane-ERJ 140,but seats were more spacious than in most airlines.Food were free and fresh.Wine and beer were also provided for free.I also asked if I can get another tortilla and get without any problem. Flight attendants were nice and kind.Definitly recommended.

Absolutely terrible experience with Airlink.

I was supposed to travel from Hoedspruit to Denmark with the first stop at Johannesburg on the 17th at 14:20. The flight kept getting delayed, and we were told that we would be rebooked if it became too tight for our connections.

I had a connection to Frankfurt at 19:35 and was assured multiple times that I would have no problem making it, even though I repeatedly asked if the staff was sure about this.

We arrived in Johannesburg at 19:12 with no information provided. People just started running. I didn’t have a boarding pass for my next flight since I had to collect and recheck my baggage. Of course, I missed my flight, and the airline refused to pay for accommodation or any expenses, even though they rebooked me on a flight at 06:00 the next morning with a layover in Zürich, where I then had to wait 10 hours—again, with no compensation.

Really poor service.

I hd an online booking from Gaborone, Botswana to Mumbai via Johannesberg. So the checknin baggages has to be delivered to Mumbai directly. Airlink refused to transfer my baggage at Johannesberg airport to my connecting flight from Kenya Airways. So the kenya Airways has to find and transfer my luggage. Why can't this simple thing be done by Airlink? I like the in cabin service and overall flight experience but this thing about baggage transfer is surprising.

This airline could be so good but why why why do they make you take your headphones out on take of and landing, I have flown all around the globe on 100s of planes and they are the only airline that does it, it makes for such an uncomfortable flight, they need to change this otherwise I for one will stop flying with them.

Great airline, and our flight attendant Khanya was amazing. You get a lunch box and free drinks. It's not the biggest plane, but it's great for the short flights it does. It's so refreshing to fly a small airline. They take care of you.
