First time with air Malta . flight staff were very good will be flying again keep up the good work don't change anything you got it right thanks air Malta

Smooth flight, snack included in price,one piece of luggage free in hold, but air conditioning gave out toilet smell both ways.

This needs putting into perspective. First, the flight we took was not from London Southend as Air Malta cancelled the flight. (And the booked return flight.) So £118 later we took a re-scheduled flight from Heathrow. There is big story behind this! Sadly the Cabin Crew did not grip the rowdy bunch of guys on a pre-wedding jaunt to Malta so the moronic interruptions made by one individual in particular werer ignored. Thankfully, they did not stay at our hotel! Sad for where they did bed down with their drink! I could go on to say that the return trip, also cancelled, was not a satraightforward transfewr.

Poor service, delays in the way to Malta and from Malta. No explanation provided. Check in on line is way less than 24 hs before therefore the check in at the airport is total chaos and lengthy

First time flying with Air Malta and it was a bit a blast from the past. The airline does not yet allow online check in, so there was a long queue at the airport to check in the old fashioned way. Unfortunately, thanks to an IT glitch and the fact only 3 desks were open, it took a very long time to process the entire flight. We queued for well over an hour.

The flight itself was fine (if delayed - not Air Malta's fault), but no frills apart from a small snack and water. Given the price we paid, we weren't expecting anything however.
