My first fly to omsk was in 2013, very bad experience, my ticket was full paid with baggage including but in omsk the asked me to pay extra €50.
I couldn't talk any Russian language in that time, the fly was between 8-17 Oct 2013... I was trying so many complaints with out any results .
From that time I always try to avoid aeroflot.
Nobody tried to investigate just replying with the rules of the baggage.
I gave better feedback because last year wasn't the same experience
Denied entry right at the gate to visit Cuba despite having a visa allowing me to enter the country. Check-in saw my visa no problem, accepted my luggage and sent me off. Right at the gate the lady refuses to let me enter, saying I do not have a visa despite presenting her the paperwork that clearly says it is a visa. Staff didn't want to hear it, and did nothing to help me. Never refunded for my ticket, and my luggage is still missing three days later. If my visa was incorrect then they should have said it was wrong during check-in. Absolutely ridiculous.
The most horrible airline company I've ever flew. They checked me in, but closed boarding gate right under my nose, because i was 1,5 minute late, and not only me, there was a woman with 2 kids, they also didn't let her in plane, even though she cried. The behaviour of their employees was so arrogant and so rasist!
The worst aircraft ever. The staf is good but the company has no dignity and cares only about money.
They charge money like Emirates and offer service like a mini bus.
