terrible company, disgusting attitude towards their passengers, constantly shirking responsibility, prices for flights in Russia and abroad are too high and not worth the price, especially the way they serve on board, portions and food rations are too poor, this is especially evident on flights international, everything is in restrictions, flights to all directions are delayed without explanation, they do not fly to all cities of Russia, despite the fact that some regions of the country allocate money for the company to transport their compatriots, luggage is lost and broken and they don’t even charge for it their responsibility, if in some emergency situation decisions are made very slowly and everything needs to be done through the main office of the company, prices for foreign countries are too high compared to foreign companies that are 1000 times better than them, the mileage accumulation program has turned into a complete rip-off, visit the business lounge only 3 hours before departure, when all over the world you can visit this lounge as much as you like, whenever you want, and it doesn’t matter when you came to visit it, it was funny to hear that this rule was invented by the company’s management, accrual of miles for flights, as they said, is a complete rip-off, for flights they give too little compared to other foreign airlines, I do not recommend this airline for flights abroad and in Russia
No comparaison with S7, who is more human and compassion to them customers. I have cash problem since foreigners credit card can’t be used in Russia. I havent enought to pay my luggage. I finally find someone to help but my luggage who is small size arrived full broken, like they trow it from the flight. I deposit complain since it’s special samsunglite suitcase really expensive and can’t break that much easy…. Let see how it will end and if I will get money back. It was first time I use Aeroflot and I don’t recommend, S7 is far away better in every level.
They are a scam they canceled my flights and 3 yrs on I am still waiting on my refund!! 700€ robbed from me! DIRT!! Do not go near this airline!!
I have several vouchers due to covid but they refuse to pay me. They are expired and so to their conditions they should pay me with interest. Until now they are deaf to all my mails. How can I force them or what is a way to let them listen and meet my request?
