I got tickets before covid , I had to travel from uk to Moscow n then simferopol, all uk flights cancelled, aeroflot gave a vouchers in 2020 , after 3 years of expiry, war started. I had to ask for money back! They messed me about and in the end told me they won't give me my money back cos I don't have Russian bank card. It was tickets for two return, worth e 284, never got back. Customer service very poor, sometimes staff was very rude!!!
So I will never fly with them again. I was using them for years before that , as my family members lives in Crimea. But now never again!!!!

To my great surprise, I received the free, worry-free Aeroflot Premium program for free when I booked. After my flight was canceled, Aeroflot didn't miss a beat and very obligingly offered me the opportunity to learn Russian by sending me several emails in Russian in Cyrillic script. I can now confirm statements like Aeroflot is a mental asylum firsthand. I would not have expected that they would take several hours on the phone to “deal with” my concern, which would take 30 minutes. At this point, I give pointless phone calls a rating of 6/5. Flexibility is very important at Aeroflot. On the phone it was claimed there would be no refund, then due to the tireless commitment to customer satisfaction, there is a theoretical refund, again followed by no refund. In phone call 4 there was a refund again, but only as a voucher/voucher. However, the next incredible offer at the teleshopping level from partner Lastminute.de became groundbreaking. During the pandemic, when I didn't want a voucher that said it would expire after 1 year, I was even made 2 offers for the flight, which cost 1,300 CHF. As flexible as ever, my letter was responded to by email to my travel partner, so thanks to Aeroflot's commitment to my interpersonal needs, I had the opportunity for an interpersonal verbal exchange with my good colleague. In what is now the second lockdown since the flight cancellation, I have covered my personal well-being well. My travel partner then informed me that Aeroflot transferred money back to me on January 30, 2021, according to their own statement. What great news. Almost sad that my friendship with Aeroflot, which has now lasted for over 300 days, has ended, I continue to wait for my money. I'm pleased that after my failed vacation, my money has now apparently been traveling through world history for over a month and is probably making a tour of all the banks in the world. So far I don't know where I even got an agent from, but maybe it's one of the Secret Service agents because so far he's pretty invisible and unknown to me. Aeroflot is a great airline that just needs to work on its customer service, communication, website, payment transactions, customer journey, cancellation process, internal coordination, recruiting, English, and German, handling customers, working with partners, flight offerings, and staff training. I booked my honeymoon flights with this company. They cancelled both of my flights, refused to give me a refund even though the email said you can get a refund. Made me wait three years and are now telling me I have to go to russia or kazakhstan to collect my refund - Staff are super unhelpful - worst company policies ever.
I bought tickets 2020 I was coming from Uk to c my family it was connecting flights i bought from Aeroflot online. Then covid happened I couldn't travel, so they give me vouchers, after covid war started again couldn't travel I asked for refund for 2 tickets , they said ok, but then after all this 3 years I got reply that cos my bank card is foreign they won't refund me!
Never going to travel with them ever again!!!!
