This is really the best airlines that accommodate me very well with an infant . Big Thanks to LIDIA and OLESSIA also to the all FA. My flight was 31th dec 2022 . they did really exceptional service especially those FA I've been mentioned . LIDIA help me carried my luggages to the cabin when I was still outside the aircraft. it was really helpful and I really appreciate it. She also made us sure that we get the stroller first before leaving the plane .OLLESIA , she was helping me with all my needs during the flight . Also they entertainment screen was so good , not a boring thing inside , they explain every city side in a video . once again big thanks and I will never forget it.

Flight Sheremetyevo - Colombo November 10, departure at 23-00,
juices were brought at 00-30, food was brought an hour later, no drinks at all, eat dry food, tea was brought after another 1 hour!!!
Then another hour to clean the dishes ...
A meal that Qatar or Emirates organize in 1 hour, Aeroflot stretched for 4 hours!!!
As a result, at 4 am, the dishes were removed, and at 6 am, food was served again.
Didn't get any sleep at all!
The cabin is stuffy, the toilets are poorly cleaned and stink!
Flight attendants with forced smiles!
Even one star is too much for them!

During these dozens of years hundreds of business and private trips were completed. Latter each single time performed accompanished by young children. Nothing to complain about! And even rare deviations were settled.

Very-very long lines (SVO-B) to check in/drop off luggage/security checks and no kiosks for self-check in.
Leg space was not big (I guess that’s due to flight distance shortness).
Limited choice of free beverages on board (no juices) and only ginger bread cookie instead of snack. (Though the cookie was fresh and good.)
From the gate to the plane, we were taken by overcrowded buses.
Flight itself was smooth. Plane was clean and not weary.
Departure and landing were right on time.
Flight crew was nice, fast-working and helpful.
Passengers didn’t have any problem to bring on board carry on bags and suitcases.
