Clean, efficient and fast...best affordable option to Ireland. Would take it again... relatively young aircraft... airline staff is courteous and helpful... food is bad...

Aer Lingus is my favourite airline. Booking is easy, check-in is easy, the fares are reasonable, but best of all for me is the staff. So friendly and helpful!

We used Aer Lingus to fly from Birmingham International airport to JFK which involved a transit in Dublin. We had to get through the US border point in Dublin airport which had a very long wait about 30+ minutes to clear which left very little time to get the connecting flight.

The stewardess were ok, seemed friendly, smiled and helpful. The flights were ok, not much of a delay, seats were comfy and leg room wasn't too bad. The food was good and complimentary sofa drinks and tea/coffee

The direct return trip from Orlando to Dublin is always overnight, leaving at 9.10pm local time and arriving into Dublin at 10.30am local time. Can be tricky with two children aged 12 and 10 with you. Always hard trying to get them to sleep some of the way but in fairness, the cabin crew try their best to keep the cabin reasonably peaceful through the night. The only torment on this flight was the squeaky toilet door. We were in row 26 in the front part of the plane. The toilet was literally over our shoulders which was great except that the door on one of the cubicles sounded like a coffin opening and closing every time someone went in. So much for trying to get to sleep on this flight! Apart from that, everything else about the flight was good enough. Crew and pilots were excellent. Took a time of 8 hours in good conditions.
