Aegean's economy class is perfect. There is a lot of space for your feet. The meal offered was delicious (though more quantity would be ideal). The staff smiling and polite

Comfortable seating...adequate leg room..very pleasant staff..good food & beverages served on short flights...planes on time...excellent experience....would fly Aegean whenever possible

A relatively decent airline and one of the few where the food and drink are included at no extra cost. Long delay and lots of circling before landing but not really kept in the loop as to why. Seating comfort is average but if you were a couple stone overweight you would most likely struggle with the seating. No entertainment on-board and no usb points on seats. Nice staff on the aircraft and at the airport otherwise relatively average.

The staff were friendly and efficient. Drinks, snacks and a small hot snack helped to pass the time. Nice landing.

Until today I thought you were the best airline company in Greece and Cyprus...
I do not anymore...

Here are your rules:
Transportation of pets (cats, dogs and ferrets) in aegean's aircraft cabin is allowed only if pets are carried in a special case. Aegean gives a disposable pet box which is available in domestic airports if you do not have your own. If someone has their own pet box, its dimensions must not exceed 55 cm length x 40 cm height x 23 cm width, or 40 cm length x 25 cm height x 25 cm width to be used on DH8-100 and DH8-400 aircraft, as it must be possible to place it below the seat.

Here is the reality:
Flight A3 907 of 2018/01/14, from Cyprus to Greece:
The airplane has landed and I'm moving towards the exit when suddenly I see a dog (much higher than 40 cm) sitting between two young ladies, at positions 5e and 5f, without any box at all. Then the two ladies stood up and the dog stepped into the position of one of them, WITH IT'S DIRTY FEET. Shortly thereafter the two ladies came out of the plane, without having the dog in a box and without any of your staff bothering them. The same thing happened in the bus that took us from the airplane to the airport (where the dog was tied with a strap) but at that time the dog peed inside the bus. Nobody bothered them, of course, once again. The two girls continued with the dog walking until they left the airport (and if you have any doubt, I dare you to check the videos from the thousands of security cameras that you have).

Unbelievable? Believe it...

Considering the above, ANSWER ME HERE SO THAT EVERYONE CAN READ YOUR ANSWER. Do we pay you 100 or 200 euros, to provide us with seats where animals with dirty legs and dirty buttocks can sit? But apart from the wretched conditions of hygiene, you do not respect the fact that there are clients with an allergy to dogs. Τhese clients (including me) could experience an allergic shock during the flight. What do you answer to them? What do you answer to me? And what will you do to clean up your dirty seats and buses? And what will you do to eliminate such phenomena in the future?

PS: THE ONLY ONE WHO DOES NOT BLAME IS THE POOR DOG OF COURSE.
