We arrived in Athens but our 2 bags did not. Had to spent another £600 to get home to London. 14 hours in Athens Airport before next flight. Difficult not to be angry in this review. We are infrequent flyers but have decided never to fly again. Strongly advise take photos of your bags and list all contents before parting with them into the hold. Keep the photos and info in your hand luggage to make identification easier when filling in the claim form. Good luck!

The worst airline experience ever. Rude and racist staff. Forced me to check my bag and pay for it even though it was below the weight limit and other people in line had a lot bigger bags than me. When I tried to tell the lady this she just said don’t waste my time you have to pay to get on the flight. Definitely not worth it, just take the ferry.

Worst airline I’ve ever flown with. Lost our bags and won’t give us the money back that we paid to check them and terrible communication. Don’t put the effort into finding your bags. DO NOT fly with them. Also they delayed us over an hour and had us sitting there for almost 30 minutes on the hot plane without A/C beforing moving

Practically everything went smoothly. There was no onboard service on our way to Paros, but they did serve a snack on the return flight. Don't know why, because there wasn't any turbulence on ATH-PAS. The only "complaint" we have is that we booked the ComfortFlex ticket, which allowed us to reserve up-front seats free of charge. The reservation was not available online, even though the plane was ATR 72-600, where they do allow seat reservations. Even though we checked in immediately when the check in opened, they only seats available were at the back.

I booked via Aegean Airlines a connection flight to Larnaca. Both parts business class.
