Airport in Naxos is tiny, but online check in is available at 48 hours before flight, with seat selection. Check in area is small, with minimal waiting room. Once on board, crew were friendly and hospitable and even on 30 min flight water and biscuit are served. Excellent pricing, especially if on comfortflex fare, which includes baggage. Great way of hopping between islands/connecting to other flights. Really impressed.

They did not load the plane with our bags. We flew out of the Naxos airport, which only has one gate and one runway. So, only one plane can fly in and out of that airport.

Whoever was ever loading the plane did an awful job. They managed to leave behind several peoples luggage. All of which had connecting flights and had to leave their bags behind.

We have AirTags in our luggage. We noticed they were left behind in Naxos when we arrived in Athens. We went to baggage tracing and they said our bags will be on the next flight from Naxos to Athens. Unfortunately, we couldn’t wait around for them because we had a connecting flight to Munich.

When we landed in Munich, we saw our bags made it to Athens. We’ve filled out the claims form and have contacted our travel insurance to get our bags back. We’ve been told we just have to wait it out.

Now, the airline is of no help. I don’t think the airline realizes that people have connecting flights and cannot wait around for hours for their luggage. Literally the worst airline and I will never be flying Olympic again.

Boarding Passes and Checked Bags all went smoothly.
Quick boarding. Full Aircraft. Flight Attendant served a water and cookies to us all. Captain gave Flight and weather details and then we were on descent into Athens Airport.
35 mins Flight! Smooth Landing and Shuttle Bus took us to Terminal and our Bags showed up intact on the Baggage Belt! Fantastic!

We had a flight with Aegean airlines from Naples to Athens, then a flight from Athens to Milos. Our flight with Aegean was delayed and we had a short amount of time to get onto the next flight. We were in a rush to make our flight and all of the staff at Olympic airlines were SO rude to us when we asked for help. They offered no assistance and just told us we better hurry up otherwise they’d close the gates. Our bags from Aegean airlines were delayed and we didn’t receive them until an hour after we had landed, so we missed our flight. They sent us away saying there was nothing they could do.
