In September 2022, our flight back from Milos to Athens got cancelled. The airline company told us to book boat tickets as an alternative and that BOTH the flight back AND the boat tickets will be reimbursed. We immediately sent all the proof documents asking for the refund. It’s been now MORE THAN 4 MONTHS and we keep pushing for the refund but they are not taking any action and are procrastinating…. They first said that either the flight or the boat could be reimbursed. That’s not what they PROMISED us!! That’s unacceptable! The customer service is terrible and ruins the experience we had. I strongly discourage to travel with Olympic airlines!!

I haven't flown small planes in a while. Surprisingly it was not bad. Except for late departure. And a crazy Aegean registration agent branded my small suitcase as large so we had to wait for our luggage in Naxos. Other than that it was fine.

On time, comfy aircraft, very friendly service, a free snack and a drink on a 25 minute flight. Fantastic

Booked a flight for 9th October online. The website automatically moved it to 10th October without telling us because the 9th was unavailable, I only became aware that they had done so when I received the booking confirmation. Immediately called the call centre, who refused to cancel or refund the flight, so we have lost our money.

This small aircraft is modern and comfortable, with just 2 seats in a row. Boarding and disembarking were smooth, punctual and easy. Athens Airport is superbly organised. Paros is a tiny airport and rather chaotic and understaffed, but a whole other experience!
