This small aircraft is modern and comfortable, with just 2 seats in a row. Boarding and disembarking were smooth, punctual and easy. Athens Airport is superbly organised. Paros is a tiny airport and rather chaotic and understaffed, but a whole other experience!

I fly around the world at least once per month for business with different airlines around the world. This is the only airline where you cannot carry a personal bag with you other than your hand luggage. So, you pay 150€ for an one hour flight but when you arrive at the airport you are told that you cannot have your bag with you unless you pay extra. Never again!

NUL !! Our flies were both delayed and they lost our bagage !!! IT'S SCANDALOUS
We had an scale in athens to go to santorini, and our bagage has been lost. We are in santorini without clothes, makeup, hygienic products, NOTHING

We flew from Athens to Kythera on this short 40-minute flight, both flights OA056 and the return OA057 were delayed by around 40 to 60 minutes. The flight is a small turbo prop, which was comfortable with plenty of leg room. The cabin crew were friendly and appeared helpful to px that required help, they managed to issue a drink and a biscuit in the 40 minute flight too!!
Both flights were comfortable and I would fly them again.
The booking process was straight forward and their ongoing communication was excellent.

On June 19th at 11:50 am on flight (A3 975 ) Aegean operated by Olympic air…

I had such a horrible experience with this flight mainly due to flight attendant “Elien.” Elien displayed a lack of knowledge, proper customer service and displayed ignorance.

Prior to my flight with this aircraft and it’s flight attendant staff I had a brand new Valentino branded carry on luggage bag. I observed Flight attendant “Elien” forcefully to shove my carry on luggage onto the overhead compartment even after I specifically explained to her that she will damage the luggage if she continued to shove it without any remorse after what I just asked for.

Upon my arrival at the destination, I observed that my brand new Valentino branded luggage bag had been completely damaged due to the lack of respect of the flight attendant staff on board flight A3 977 Aegean operated by Olympic Air.

I emailed Olympic Air on four different occasions via email reporting my poor experience and even more so my damaged property, however, i Received no form of reply from the airline organization at all.

My advise to you is to seek out a different airline that actually respects its customers property along with their simple favors asked of the flight crew. Moreover, the lack of professionalism that the airline won’t take the time to even sympathize to its customers emails is absolutely unacceptable.

I have proof of 4 separate emails that were sent in hopes of some sort of reply from this unprofessional organization.
