To begin with the flight was delayed by 3 hours, not TUI's fault but they did not give any announcement at Manchester Airport until we were on the aircraft, then waited another one hour for the luggage to be put on board. We arrived very late in Barbados and missed the welcome show. Soon discovered that having paid the extra we were astonished to discover there were only 2 red, 2 white so called premium wines (which were pretty awful) plus they ran out of the Premium Cider after only two drinks. My advice don't pay the extra £240 for a two week cruise it's not worth it. The standard of food was pretty bad (we have cruised before and the food was exceptional with other lines). The soup tasted like stock either beef or chicken. The main course were pretty bland with very fancy names as were the sweets. You could always get extra ice cream if you asked. Bacon was rationed in the buffet breakfast towards the last few days of the cruise. The show times were constantly changed from 7-30 to 8-30 so it was difficult to arrange to have dinner at the same time each night and due to Covid amongst the performers 3 shows were cancelled. The staff were first class throughout, very helpful and friendly at all times. Another 3 hour flight delay at Barbados airport again with no announcements being made by TUI representatives. This was our first cruise with TUI and we have others booked, so we hope that there will be a lot of improvement on our next cruise on another ship.

Let me start with the positive the staff and I do not mean the tui rep's but the cleaning staff and waiter that always greeted you with a smile and hello despite the long hour's they work. They advertise the cruise as all inclusive but it is not! If you want a half decent drink they want you to pay an extra £70 each for the week. So whatch out for that! The entertainment was hit and miss The girl.that sang in the house band made no secret of the fact she hated singing the songs that she was singing and it showed in her performances, the only saving grace was Dem Boyz who where very good and made up for the rest of the terrible entertainment crew. I was so looking forward to this holiday and was very excited due to everyone telling how amazing cruises are but considering the money we paid it was very disappointing and upsetting to be treated so differently to the people on the primim package.

Had a lovely time on our first cruise, TUI great lots of staff at airport, transfer was quick, Cabin lovely and clean, Food and drinks where fantastic, always something there fresh and hot to eat. Food from 6.30am until 12 at night in one of the many restaurants you could use. Cocktail 🍹 lovely, lots of staff on shift to look after you every time you turned a corner there was a member of staff cleaning or ready to help you with your enquiry. Entertainment good, staff all very hard working. Left the boat 4 times, twice on our own and twice on a organised trip, again all good. Will definitely be going again.

My partner and I flew out to Barbados to meet the ship for 7 night cruise The welcome process was excellent, the Cabin was dated, tired, Steward though was excellent Entertainment was very Butlins, The Self Service Buffet was shocking, breakfast was Luke warm, half cooked sausages, congealed eggs one day no beans or tomatoes, next day both, it was that bad that I had the duty chef out to discuss the quality, Ultimately it’s all down to money, The other Restaurants were cheerfully staffed and food was fair to good The Shore excursions were enjoyable, good value, obviously having to abide by the relevant rules of the Islands we were visiting Captain Chris ! Now I’m ex Merchant Navy, Sea School at Dartford in the 70s I’m A bit of a Victor Meldrew at times, when the Captain starts playing “Sweet Caroline” on the ships horn with cruise director Harlequin singing along, you just know that this Ship is somewhat special, for me, not over impressed, but my partner whom is a few decade younger thought it was hilarious, so I would say the majority of passengers felt likewise I’ve been on this ship a few years ago when it was based in Mallorca where I live, it is dated, clearly running on a tight budget but you cannot fault the crews Captain Chris your end of Cruise tribute to your Crew was excellent, that for me made up for all the smaller complaints I could have made The past few years have been difficult for us all in so many ways Making a living is not a dirty word, good luck for the future,
