Booked for January 13-17, 2020. We are 64 and VERY low budget. Originally booked a inside suite but was offered a balcony suite for $100 per cabin for the whole 5 days. GREAT choice. Food was great, service was great, entertainment was great, shore excursions were great (we did not do anything optional, etc.) - all in all for $600 for the two of us one of the BEST VALUES around. Side bar: We both smoke and it is a little inconvenient to either go to the casino or the back of the ship for a smoke. Try to book a room above the casino so it is just a short elevator ride for a cigarette!

So this cruise was a first for my family. We were trying to go budget friendly but still have a nice time. Overall the cruise was ok. The ship staff was awesome. Our room was always freshened up. And the towel animals each time made us smile. The room though was quite small. Gratefully though we had a balcony room which gave us more space with the outside seating. The bathroom was blah. Not my fave. We had a standing shower but due to the bathroom design the ensure space stayed wet. Not ideal. The food was on point. We enjoyed every meal. Especially dinner. The staff made sure to greet us by name, and ensured we had a great time each night. We watched a dance type show and a comedy show. It was something to do and it was ok. The main pools were very very very small for the number of guests on board. And the alternative pools were adults only, and when traveling with kids that’s a pain and was totally disappointing. We were only able to get in the pool, 1 time, over the course of a 4 days 3 nights trip. Our shore experience was amazing. The highlight of our trip. We took the cultural tour of the Bahamas which included sightseeing and food tasting. That was awesome, and I’m glad we did that. Otherwise the cruise experience would’ve been a total bust.

I'd always wanted to cruise and this ship ended up being my first experience. I truly enjoyed cruising solo - there were many different activities to do and I was never bored or lonely. I barely spent any time in my room, but it was mostly quiet. People let their children run around screaming in the hall, which is annoying, but not the cruiseline's fault. Also, my room was just below the Lido, which was convenient, but I did hear loungers being dragged across the deck in the morning. Otherwise, absolutely no complaints. The ship was clean, the food was good. Service was excellent. I'm booked on another cruise and can't wait.

Good afternoon as nobody listens to me and nobody takes my claim to my attention directly so you know what is happening in your company. In the month of January I bought a mini vacation for the end of February and the beginning of March since my wife meets on 03/01/2020 and we chose a carnival to celebrate that moment as a family as a family I am preparing everything in advance I booked the decoration of the cabin with cake for Sunday 03/01/2020 which is the day of the birthday to your orders cheese and sandwich for the arrival I bought the soda program for my three children as well as the internet for the 5 and we booked two cabins 8348-8350. Since we arrived, everything was wrong when the cabin arrived, it was already half-decorated because it lacked the cake that everything was requested for March 1, the cheeses and the sandwiches that were ordered in advance for the arrival time was not ready to call to custome services and after 25 minutes and even the ship had not left that they would bring me the sandwiches and cheeses for 10 at night which did not arrive at that time either there I prepared to go down to midnight to the front desk and give the complaint and cancel the order personally I was attended by a very kind Italian lady who where Mr. Green told me not to worry and canceled the order and offered to send me the complimentary cheeses the next day on Saturday the cheeses arrived and the sandwich that I had canceled and when I come back down to claim they told me something else that could not be canceled on Sunday came the courtesy cheeses no food was touched I have photos for proof it was sa each of the room due to hygiene issues and because they were canceled now the second point the rooms and facilities of the cruise ship dirty and deteriorated and of very low quality with so much virus in this regard which was participated in guest services without much help and finally we went to the most horrible and disgusting food that was the breakfast first and the lunch that is not a lunch if not snack were the same 3 days that was amount of food of a horrible quality we arrived at dinner every horrible day the food a sample or test are the meals served and not consumed and on the last day the Sunday the day expected by us we went to dinner and opted for the charge of 20 extra dollars there was less bad food. In conclusion a horrible experience I chose the wrong cruise company where I had 2 more comp options were Royal Caribbean and Norwegian. When I found out why they did not take care of the cleaning and maintenance of the ship I learned that it was the last trip of that ship the carnival victory was not going to exist anymore and they did not care about the cleanliness or what the custome services felt did not matter to nobody since it was the last trip of that cruise. The entertainment was only a single show and it was Saturday at 9 p.m. on the other cruises that I had been to, the show was two daily depending on the time I had dinner as I said there nobody cared about anything since it was the disappearance of the carnival victory

This was my sister's 1st cruise. She had a ball. I had just returned from the Carnival Horizon cruise in July (my hubby and I celebrated our 37th anniversary). Anyway, my sister and I were upgraded from our suite to the Grand Suite. ADA accessible and plenty of room for my rental scooter. Comfortable twin beds and beautiful balcony view. Okay, the decor is a little dated. The Key West port of call was less than desirable. We loved the Cozumel stop. And the day at sea was so much fun. The Pacific Dining Room staff was awesome.
