I had flights booked from Edinburgh to Southampton to visit family my husband who has advanced dementia became too I’ll to travel so I emailed Loganair who responded quickly eith an e mail stating if I got a doctors letter to state that my husband wasn’t well enough to fly I would get a credit note to be used within a year which I did 5days after I posted the letter I received an e mail from them stating that as my doctor had seen my husband and said he had deteriorated she thought it was appropriate to give me a full refund so I am absolutely delighted both with getting the refund and with the excellent customer service
