Thank you! Hadn’t even heard of the bat jungle but that sounds great! Do you recommend a guided tour of the cloud forest?

You'll learn more and see more wildlife/ birds if you have a guide. You can join a guided group when you buy your ticket or arrange one privately. We used Three Brothers once and were very happy with Mauricio.

Sorry about the duplicate post. I was on my phone at the park and fumbled.

Definitely do a guided tour of the Reserve. Our guide found a quetzal for us before we ever left the parking lot. We honestly would have walked right past it. There's nice ziplining if you're interested. We also enjoyed doing a night hike at Hidden Valley - we saw a porcupine and a fox when we did it, two things we've never seen before. You never know what you'll find. Make sure you bring a light jacket; it was really chilly when we were there, and we saw a lot of people in shorts and tanks that were cold.
