Flight times from Rarotonga to Aitutaki

Flight times from Rarotonga to Aitutaki

Hi all,

Our international flight from Sydney arrives in Rarotonga at 7am local time.

We are spending the first 5 nights on Aitutaki and booking our domestic flights.

Would I be safe in booking flight to Aitutaki departing at 11.30am on the same day of arrival? Does 4.5hours leave enough time for connection? Otherwise the next flight is 3.30pm.

Any advice greatly appreciated!

Kia Orana Nik,

On Sundays mornings, the first flight to Aitutaki is at 11:15am. If you aircraft lands on time, you will have ample time to exit international arrivals, and wait for Air Raro checkin counter to open. Go across the main road to The Islander hotel for a cold drink, and something to eat.

Cafe Jireh next door to the RSA clubrooms doesn't open on Sundays.
