Just wanted some idea if I need to have a tour operator to do the Victoria falls experience.
Or can be done with flight and that get local operator.

You don't need any operator at all - just purchase flight (from Airlink or ...) and hotel (from booking.com or ...) and you're done. If you pick a hotel near the falls you can just walk there, otherwise it's a short taxi ride from anywhere in town. Your hotel can organise any activities you want to do. Don't forget your USD cash for Zimbabwe.
