i booked a trip to Mexico, Belize and Guatemala in November. Now im reading that every traveler crossing Belize bie land, vaccinated or not, has to conduct a rapid covid test. When tested positive, you have to go into a quarantine hotel for min 14 days on own expense. Thats sounds like a nightmare and even so the chance of testing positive while vaccinated is low.. Im not sure if i dare to take te risk.
Are there people who confirm that a proof of vaccination is not enough at the border and that you indeed have to conduct a rapid test at the border?
