Day 1 - Maybe time for AQWA - if you sprint...

Day 3 - Whale watching in Albany is from June to October so unlikely tour will operate. Might just go out on a sight seeing cruise though.

Day 6 - Busselton Jetty is closed as is the Underwater Observatory. Refer to other recent threads here on TA re this with other possible things to do.

Day 8 - Very busy! Busselton to Rockingham - 2 - 2.5 hours then catch the ferry and do the sea lion cruise 1 - 1.5 hours. Lunch anyone? Drive to Caversham from Rockingham 1 - 1.5 hours dependant upon weather and traffic/time of day. Time enough to look around?

I take it you are looking to fit as much in as possible - by all means - it's YOUR visit - but there is a LOT of driving there and not much time for "quality" sight seeing IMO.
