Nice Beach Hotel

Hi
Could anyone give me information about the Nice Beach Hotel.
A while ago I booked to stay there in January.
However the more recent reviews on various sites suggest it is
not a very good place to stay and that it is as near local facilities as
the hotel site would suggest .
Would like to visit Rayong still but am a tad concerned.
Could anyone offer me their thoughts please.
