Suitcases all packed sitting by front door. Alarm on for 3. Taxis coming at 4. Worried. Yes. But only about test on return. All seems like a dream after so many cancelled trips

Enjoy. On our flight yesterday, people cheered as we lifted off. It was lovely to hear. More cheers when we landed!

We had a great time for our two weeks. We were lucky we missed the really hot weather the week before. Blue skies every day and over 30 deg C. Test coming back was easy (you only need an antigen test, aka lateral flow test) to come back. You also need a day 2 PCR test when back (if fully vaccinated) and the reference number is needed for the UK PLF form.

Note ours from Randox arrived the day we departed and needed a signature! A neighbour signed for it.

Enjoy your holiday.

That be us on Friday, leaving 3.30am Sat.

Was waiting for Gov announcement but seem fairly confident will remain amber.

Just ordered currency & about to check in for Ryanair flight.

Think you'd be telling porkie pies if weren't concerned about the test to come home no matter how careful you are.

Enjoy hols everyone

Hi all. We got here. All good Luton was ok not busy. Checked our Covid and plf as we queued to check in. Plane half full. Arrived in Corfu half an hour early so had to wait for booked taxi. No tests. No forms to show just passports. In messonghi seems very quiet..More older people Omg it’s good to be back in Corfu ....will worry about coming home test next week

Yes we were the same, barely glanced at PLF & vaccine certificate, just wanted to know we'd done it. Saw no tests being done.

Landed 13.15 & on the ferry to Igoumenitsa at 14.15.

Currently sitting on our balcony in Parga enjoying local red wine, €4.50 for 1.5L & very drinkable, watching the world go by, 27c at 21.30, paradise.

It's very busy here especially with Greeks & being the weekend.
