Hey, we are arriving in Tulum on October 31st. Should we bring costumes? Are there people dressed up bar hopping? Does anyone know of any parties on that day or the following couple of days. We are staying downtown at Intima and we’re hoping to party there or on the beach. Thanks in advance!
