Tsugaike to Hakuba morning bus?

Hi there, we're staying at Tsugaike but need to get to Happo (Nakiyama) slopes by 10am for a lesson. Does any bus get us there at that time? Any other alternatives? Thanks!

Depending on the the location of your accommodation place, it is cumbersome to have to walk to the bus terminal in Tsugaike carrying your skis on your shoulder. So I'd email your accommodation to check if they run their shuttle to Happo-One Gondola Station. If they do and you ride it, walk/ski to the chairlift down the slope on your right-hand side. The said chairlift takes you to the traversing path in the middle/lower part of the pisite. Across the grove is Piste Nakiyama, and you ski down to the base lift station/SAJ SKI SCHOOL building.

Yes, if they can shuttle you directly to Piste Nakiyama, problem gets settled. Another solution, aside from Hakuba Valley Shuttle buses, is to contact a cab company the previous day. Your accommodation can help arrange it or you can do it yourself.

Good luck!
