Please save your money as getting a membership is literally throwing thousands out the window. We like the resort but actually save a lot of money booking through an online travel agency than using the membership. The last 4 bookings we used we were informed that there was no members rooms available even in low season. So you literally are wasting thousands just to wear a black band.. Please do not waste your money.

Did you manage to cancel the membership and get your money returned?

Hi we have just signed in DR and also need to cancel. Was you successful how did you manage to cancel and get your deposit back?

Does this same information apply of purchased the membership in DR?

Update on #33. My credit card dispute was decided on my favor and I got my deposit back. Sirenis tried to bully and scare me into giving up the whole time, including asking me to sign a 'cancellation agreement' which would have bound me to not say bad thing about them. I didn't fall for them, now it's time to go say bad things about these crooks.

Thank you for your response, I have sent 4 emails to them now and tried to contact them on 2 numbers. I will speak to my credit card company tomorrow and see if i can put in a claim with them
