Lovely place, average food, but all ruined by bad service:
It is assumed that when going to dinner in 2 or more people, they should eat together. Instead there was no way to do it: the dishes arrive in stages between the diners, so one eats and the other watches...
To complete the bad service a "main dish", completely forgotten.
The waiters were unable to resolve in any way other than to make verbal excuses.
After a dinner like this at least they could offer us a "chacha" to make up for... Never again!

Fabulous food and wine at Story! We stayed at a Hotel 1887, a terrific family-owned small hotel across the street, and ate dinner at Story four times during our nine day stay in Tbilisi. Their tomato salad and ajapsandali (eggplant stew) were to die for, and we enjoyed every dish we tried there. The traditional Georgian dishes were the best. Great service (shout out to Taygala!), and there's a lovely outdoor seating area overlooking the river, weather permitting. Hands down our favorite restaurant in Kutaisi, and only a 10 minute walk from Colchis Fountain.

Very good, one of the best restaurants in Kutaisi. High quality Georgian food, very well decorated modern place with a large terrace overlooking the lake. The portions are huge, you won't leave hungry. Efficient service and more than correct price. Thank you very much for the experience.
As a curiosity, the place was recommended to us by the owner of the Wine Corner Kutaisi (where we went to have a glass of wine), he was totally right.

The food at this establishment is commendable; however, the service leaves much to be desired. It is evident that not all customers are valued equally, the disparity in service significantly detracted from the overall dining experience.

The chicken was very visibly dry, nkt edible at all and all the food we got was a overly salty. Also on the menu it was not mentioned about a meal containing jalapeno peppers which I think is VERY important to note..
