My family and I love coming here, it’s the best prosciutto! Their tour of the facility is also amazing so be sure to book that ahead of time. On top of all that the staff is extremely kind and attentive!

Thank you very much Daiam! Can't wait to see you again in San Daniele :)
Very friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. Very pleasant experience, sat outside in the sun in a lovely setting. Prosciutto is top class and desserts lovely too!
Thank you very much, we are really pleased that you had a nice experience by us. Hope to see you soon again. Best Regards from San Daniele
Came here for a quick lunch while driving through the area, it was around a 25-30 min detour from the main expressway. Definitely worth a stop and the ham is unreal! Menu is small and all centred around ham. Very nice staff. Hope you enjoy!
Thank you very much for your kind words! Hope to see you again in San Daniele. Best Regards from the whole Alberti family and staff
La Casa Del Proscuitto in San Danielle was the highlight of our two week vacation. I booked a tasting reservation for 13 people and it was a fantastic experience. The tasting was more than any of us expected. Everyone was so friendly. The various types...of proscuitto and speck were so fresh and melted in everyone's mouth. We also had a variety of cheeses, melon, pickled veggies and homemade bread. Of course we ordered a couple bottles of red, white & prosecco. Each one was so smooth and went down very easily. We ended our tasting with shots of homemade lemoncello and pictures in the proscuitto storage room. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the tasting and can't wait to return someday.More
Our visit at “La casa del prosciutto” has been overly satisfying! The quality of the products is 10/10, not only as far as the ham is concerned but really as an overall. We tried small portions of everything: salami, cheese, ham, pickles (made by them...too, and they were amazing). Everything that was not produced by them was still locally produced and very tasty. The ham was the best we’d ever tried, consistency and taste wise. The bread was served warm and refilled as we needed it. Breadsticks were served too. Something we really appreciate was having the waitress explaining all the details about the products she served us, and you could tell she was very knowledgeable about that. A very nice touch indeed! The staff of the restaurant was lovely, very polite and careful in making sure we were enjoying our lunch. We’ll be back 100%.More
We have no words to thank you for such a sweet description of our restaurant... We are glad that you noticed our attention in the description of every detail of our plates. Can't wait to see you again in San Daniele! Alberti family & staff
This was a great experience. The people were nice and the food was great. We ordered a big plate with 3 types of prosciutto accompanied with Friuli cheese and vegetables inlaid. Nice frizzante wine and we finished with coffee and a typical dessert from the...Friuli area. The prosciutto melted on the tongue. Forget Parma prosciutto and start to eat San Daniele prosciutto. They showed us a climate controlled room with the big hams hanging on the wall. We were impressed. It is not a cheap meal but a little expensive but worthwhile. Try before you die😃More
We are very pleased to know that you had a great time at our place! If you happen to be around once again, we will be pleased to offer another nice culinary experience. Best Regards from San Daniele Alberti family
Best authentic experience if you want to try the world famous Prosciutto di San Daniele! You can taste all the different cuts of the Prosciutto together with Salame and Speck as well as some typical cheeses and wines from the region. The prices are more...than reasonable, the service excellent, definitely a must do!More

It was just my husband and me, with our baby, and we wanted to take a tour of the prosciuttificio prior to the tasting, so they told us we could join a group that's coming in the early afternoon. It was raining cats and dogs so...the group cancelled, but they still gave us the tour, even though it was just us. I think that was very nice. The tour was interesting, and then we ordered some tasting platters as well. We had a really nice and relaxing time.More
We went for a tour booked through musement.com. They served us each a huge platter of prosciutto, three cheeses, pickled vegetables, bread and crackers and numerous glasses of very good local wine. Our guide was the 5th generation in this small family operation. His English...is very good, he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We had an hour to enjoy the excellent prosciutto and an hour tour. You can stop in for wine/ food on weekends only. Don’t miss this....best prosciutto in town.More
Nice spot to take a break following sightseeing experiences and to taste the really authentic ham of the top quality.
Nice place with indoor and outdoor seating to try some prosciutto and have a light meal. It is targeted at tourists.
We stopped here on the way home from fishing with my son in a nearby fishing spot. It just happened to work out that they were open (only on weekends) and they had plenty of outdoor seating available. We ordered a platter of prosciutto for...four, which was plenty for 5 adults and one child. It comes with grissini and bread, but I also recommend ordering the sottoli, which in this case were sweet baby onions, mushrooms in olive oil and olives. Delicious! It's a perfect place to come with kids, too, as there is space to run around in back. Remember to get a carafe of wine, too. I give a 'very good' rating only because we were also given some veggies that were just so so. Still, the prosciutto is excellent!More
Great prosciutto, cheese, bread and wine. There is not much more to say. Don't speak the language, ask for Marco.
They only serve prosciutto, a selection of cheese and antipasti and bread. And wine, of course. The prosciutto is good, but the cheese and the bread are only average. Considering they are also stars of the meal, I believe they should make an effort and...improve the quality in these ingredients. I would come back just for the prosciutto.More
We Were there today, IT was very nice Experience. We was alone and owner show us whole Process of producing a prosciutto. We also try prosciutto and IT is excelent. Bravo for La casa del prosciutto.
