Wonderful service and a wonderful view. Had the tzatziki and taramasalata to start which were lovely. A lot of house rosé and pizza and prawns for mains. A delightful family restaurant that is well worth a visit

Lovely restaurant overlooking Fiskardo's harbour with a large shady terrace. Nicolas and his sons, one at the service front, the other in the kitchen, make you feel welcome and serve great food. My lady and I shared a platter of mezze the first evening and...sea bass and sea bream the second day. All delicious. And served with a smile. With a pitcher of house white wine it all went down very well.More

Great restaurant! Food is traditional, tasty and served with a smile. Amazing spot for watching all the boats coming and going from the small harbour! Fabulous little place and thank you Alex for looking after us . Highly recommended.

The reviews were excellent so we went to Nicolas' Taverna for our last evening. There were half a dozen tables ranged along the balcony and two other (empty) tables; otherwise the area was completely bare and had as much atmosphere as a large garage.However the...view was fantastic so we ignored the slight whiff of drains and ordered our meal from the very wooden, matter of fact waiter (not even a welcoming greeting). Skordalia was good but my main course of lamb in lemon sauce looked completely unappetizing- a great lump of knuckle bone and chunks of meat swimming in a beige sauce (certainly no lemon!). Once I had removed bone/gristle/fat the lamb was at least tender, so I probably did better than my husband who had a slab of chicken breast with slimy onions and soggy chips. A couple were turned away whilst we were there although there were 2 empty tables which could have been moved to the balcony edge - they were very fortunate. We couldn't wait to get away from the place!More

Well worth the walk round the harbour for a warm welcome from the owner of this authentic restaurant and its terrific views. AND the food was great!

What a view from the balconies! Only 5 minutes walk round to the main the promenade but the views of the promenade are best captured from the Nicolas Taverna side of the bay. We stayed 4 nights and loved it. Very Greek, family run, traditional...Greek food and good atmosphere.More

Tasty food, excellent service, fresh fish, great grilled calamaris, delicious desserts (baclava and semolina milk pie).
