Beautiful setting, scenery & views beside the river. quaint country inn Average pub food, huge fish & chips, tasty but rather greasy.

Lovely staff but you would need to be patient as the food can take a while as can the drinks. Reasonably priced and very quiet atmosphere.

Yes they do in the bar area but I don't think dogs are allowed in dining area. Maybe give them a ring. As food is also served outside there are dogs around.
