Came with a big group of friends for a celebratory dinner and had the entire restaurant to ourselves. Service was excellent, food were tasty and fresh, of good portion. Only downside was the presentation of dessert (can be improved) and the unavailability of fresh coconuts...as beverages.More

Great food and clean well maintained. Suggest only look for the thumb up food, other than that, tried out but not much impress me much!

Nestled within the Palace of Golden Horses, Kim Ma Chinese Restaurant. Exclusive dining enclave, very quiet ambience. There was only one other tables occupied. The Pan Fried Beef Tenderloin is superbly done medium, juicy tenderness. Tiger Prawns in Mango is good too, as is the...Roasted Kim Ma Chicken. The Baked Oysters appetizer came last, disappointingly not fresh. Otherwise a good dining and service.More

We were the only people in restaurant so rated top service. We had the salmon, tenderloin steak, Chinese vegs and special fried rice. All delicious and reasonable price $12 each including nibbles and Jasmine tea.

This is a small intimate, beautifully deigned restaurant with a great menu and fabulous food!! The restaurant is a part of the remarkable "Palace of the Golden Horses Hotel". The Tiger Prawn with pieces of fresh mango was simply stunning!! The noodle dishes were loaded...with flavour and freshly "cooked to order"! We had two chicken dishes that, while excellent, were totally different. The very tasty vegetable dish was made with "Farm Fresh" ingredients. All in all the meal was a delightful culinary experience heightened by the design features of the restaurant!!More

Was invited to my uncle's 85 birthday dinner there recently. Poor signage to the restaurant from the hotel lobby. Was really nearly empty inside except for our party of 30 pax. Food quality was below average, especially the cold dish, fish and salt baked chicken....Only thing edible was the two vegetable dishes. The fried rice with seafood was also served nearly cold and tasteless. Will not be going there again if I can help it and cannot recommend it at all. Organiser was informed that their credit card machine was down a day before so had to bring cash to pay for the bill which was really absurd especially considering that the venue had been booked weeks ahead.More

Kim Ma has totally introduced me to how Chinese fine dining should taste. The service was amazing and the food was out of this world. As an American I had no idea how real Chinese dining was outside of the United States. I'm ruin I...could never go to another U.S. Chinese dining after this experience. The gold standard, thank you for opening my eyes to your culture.More
