For us it was the most beautiful location to eat in Mykonos. Great view of the old Port, seating directly at the water. The fish was also very good, recommend the catch of the day or the mussels. Cheap prices compared to other locations in...Mykonos. The waiters where also friendly and funny, with a bit of a personal note you can like (like we did) or not.More

Fantastic range of fresh fish. I had the grilled sardines which were simply divine. Basics done perfectly, reasonably priced, and a wonderful location on the harbour. If I return to Mykonos, I'll definitely return to Kavos.

We enjoyed this place because you could sit right next to the see and watch the sun set whilst enjoying a drink and some decent food. They obvs specialise in seafood, but as vegetarians we had an amazing salad, baked feta and pizza. All v...tasty, served by friendly and entertaining staff and you can even watch their resident fisherman catching fresh produce.More

Very fresh and tasty fish. Greek food. Good and extremely friendly service to a moderate price. Nice location directly next to the water.

My friends and I had been ordering the octopus at every single restaurant and were not satisfied. But, finally, right on our last day in Mikonos, we found Kavos....the Octopus was so delicious!! Mikonos was our first stop in Greece and were so looking forward...for the food and were not that impressed but this restaurant was pretty good. The food is good and the views are out this world. We sat literally by the water....like the waves were splashing by our table lol Definitely a must go to if you are by the Venice beach area.More

A wonderful cafe right on the Aegean. This was our first trip to Greece and our choice for lunch did not disappoint----the Spanikopita was excellent.

This restaurant is right on the sea front we were pleasantly eating our food when the Waitress spotted an octopus walking along the seabed. She dragged it in with a metal rod then bludgeoned it, bashing it as she carried it into the kitchen whilst...it tried to escape. Horrible.More

Having a quiet supper with my wife and we (that is ourselves and surrounding diners) all marvelled when the staff pointed out an octopus making its way across the sea bed adjacent to the dining area. Said octopus was then plucked from the sea, stabbed...and beaten to death in front of the diners, seemingly for our entertainment. I appreciate and accept that this might sound hypocritical, given we were in a seafood restaurant but, honestly, cruelty for our dining entertainment?More

The chairs on the beach are such a unique location- the vibe is superb. Had some beers and pita bread with vegetarian dips tomoto fritters. The staff are always cracking jokes. The cramped street is full of passengers disembarking from the cruises.
