Food quite tasty. We ordered the chilli lobster. Service was quite fast & efficient. Reasonably priced. Overall, we had a satisfying meal.

Planned to try this with friends, but end up very disappointed with the food. We r in a group of 11 pax, 7 adult 4 kids and they wanted us to order the exact good for the adult.. We already order a set of 6...and insist us to order 1 more to make up for 1 adult, that means order another set. Feel cheated and not worth the price. The food wasn't as tasty and not that freshMore

Came in with 6 other friends (7 of us in total) and was told that the Tower of London dish is only for 6 servings. The additional customers are forced to order additional ala carte. Otherwise, they will not serve you at all. NO SHARING...ALLOWED HERE! Server only served 6 plates and bibs and left me alone without anything. Do you think that is fair judgment? I’ll leave it to you to decide. I have NEVER heard that customers are not allowed to share food at an eatery. Have you? Is that even legal? Ridiculousness x9999999. Word of caution: if you want to order Tower of London but have more than 6 in your group, either be prepared to pay EVEN more for additional ala carte OR not be served at all.More

The lobsters were not fresh. My wife and daughter suffered from vomiting and diarrhoea. Luckily my grandson was not affected. When contacted to report the matter, the Outlet manager did not bother to respond. Whats the point of having a lab to supposedly ensure quality...when it failed miserably. If they think I wanted a free meal, they are wrong. Consumers ought to be protected and operators of this international franchise should have more heart.More

Queued for 1 hour because of weekend. Ordered 1 lobster and 1 burger with lobster meat and 1 drink costing nearly RM340. The lobster was over-cooked and they did nothing to replace it. The burger was horrible. RM168 for such a small lousy burger. The...lobster meat on the burger was pathetic. Very over-rated. Ramli burger tasted much better. Will never ever go again. MF!!!More

Lobster roll (seven spices) - very good!! Pricey of course, but excellent taste. Oh and the lady that took our order was nice in answering our first-timer questions. Overall service was rather speedy too.

There will always be a queue to dine there especially during peak hours but it was worth the wait. The menu isn't extensive but the quality remains intact. Their lobsters as we were told were flown in from Canada. They tasted great and the delightful...deco of the restaurant will entice you to enjoy your food. The charming taste will definitely make us come back whenever we visit Genting Highland.More

Haha I cannot answer your questions whether New Cook or not as only the outlet will know. As for my recent trip on 23rd June 2019, it was marvellous as like my first try.

Assuming 2 adult meals and a side for for child, cost should be RM350-450, depending on what you order.
