A small restaurant that doesn't look like much from the outside but hides a warm welcome inside. All complemented by exemplary traditional catering, the dishes are very generous and excellent value for money. The boss is very friendly and accessible. The cassoulet is excellent as is the rest of the menu I highly recommend

On the main square this is a very unpretentious bar restaurant. Its customer base is locals but we were made very welcome even though we were a bit late for lunch. Menu is limited but the food excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Would happily go there again.

Big portions, good food

Came for lunch at this lovely place. Good choice of food but we decided to go for something from the 'snack' section thinking it would be something smallish. How wrong we were! My croque monsieur came with both salad and chips, same with my hubby's omelette. Great value at about 11-12 euros each. Food tasted good, service very welcoming and timed right so we weren't waiting for ages, yet didn't feel rushed either.

Small bistro downtown that pays no mine but when you enter, you are greeted by the boss like regulars, joke and smile without reserve. Even his clientele is in his image. Unbelievable welcome. Installed in a small ballast room, we felt very well. The cassoulet we came for was excellent and hearty, the dessets very appetizing but we could not go further. The waiter also very shmpathic without forgetting the very professional cuisine. Thank you for offering us the glasses of wine, it's so rare. I highly recommend it.

A big thank you to the owner of this restaurant. I wanted to book, but the date corresponded to the restaurant closing due to holidays. The boss recommended a restaurant 10 km from Castelnaudary which turned out to be excellent with a homemade cassoulet. Excellent welcome, although we arrived late at 2:25 p.m. instead of 2 p.m., despite this the boss received us very kindly. We ate a delicious cassoulet there. The boss and staff know how to create a very friendly atmosphere, we interacted with them and other customers. Honestly if we come back to the area we know where to eat, we recommend it 200%.

Being a motorhome driver and passing through this beautiful region, I discovered the restaurant which is 800m from the CCPark car park. Tasting the best cassoulet of our entire lives at 62 years old 🤣. Really delicious and very filling. The Grand Marnier ice cream is great! Owner takes great care of his customers as well as the server. You will immediately feel good in this establishment. I highly recommend ! The Sticks. See you soon Mr. Le Normand

If you go through Castelnaudary, you have to go to p’tit moka. Benoit, the owner of the place and his staff are very attentive. We tasted the “excellent” cassoulet. Quality and quantity are there. If you don't want the Castelnaudary specialty, he offers other dishes that are just as beautiful and good according to our table neighbors. So go for it, you won't be disappointed. Excellent welcome with our border collie. We had been turned away at a previous restaurant that did not allow dogs. The little mocha opened his arms wide to us. Despite being at 1:10 p.m. and without a reservation, we were superbly welcomed. And cassoulet, but cassoulet is a treat. We do not regret having been turned away in a first restaurant. We came especially for their cassoulet and it is delicious!! Super friendly servers, we had a great time. They found us a table while the terrace was full, offered melon from a nearby producer and coffees. The location of the restaurant is ideal and in addition they serve all day. A family break back from vacation. A super friendly team and the best Cassoulet in the area. The children who are real culinary critics loved it. They even had the floating island which wasn't on the map. Can not wait for next year!!
