First time we wanted to go was during the day but unfortunately the place is only open from 1900-2400hrs - so we came back another day.
We had 12 loukumades with honey syrup for 5 euros. The loukumades were freshly made and nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
On other islands we had sesame or nuts and cinnamon added too to the honey sauce but they didn't seem to have it.

If like us you don’t know what loukoumades are, then come to this place to find out! They are essentially sugary doughnut balls topped with whatever delicious things you want, like fruit, chocolate, honey, cinnamon… Absolutely delicious from here! A must try in the heart of Lefkada Town.

The best loukoumades in town . A small "jewel" in town. Hot "loukoumades" with honey and sesamε seeds or chocolate. We took a portion and right after finishing them returned for a second and third one.

We sat with kids a night later
walking around the city. Excellent loukomas that are made at that time and so they remain crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Motor ice cream perfect! The kids went crazy with the waffles

If you are going to visit Lefkada Town, you definately have to try loukoumades here. We loved them! With honey and with chocolate and coconut were the ones recomended to us and it was the best choice 😄 And above all, the staff is super friendly😊

Delicious loukoumades, good price in a beautiful spot. Friendly stuff. I would totally eat them again. You can choose honey and cinnamon , chocolate and other toppings.

Eating loukoumades at To Loukoumadaki was more than a gastronomical experience. It was a spiritual experience. The saintly man behind the counter pulled those little round pieces of heaven straight out of the fryer and onto our plate, dousing them in honey and sesame seeds on the way. Defying laws of physics and even of decency, they were just as tender as they were crisp. How? I don't know.

The place is very small, if you blink you will walk past it. However, it makes excellent loukoumades. The best we have tried outside Athens. They are small, crisp on the outside, not oily and have a good flavour. We order ours with honey, cinnamon and walnuts, with a scoop of ice cream. The ice cream is soft serve and is the only thing stopping the dish being perfect. The dish is also not too sweet, like some other desserts. We went twice during our stay. Both times we were very happy with the loukoumades. Highly recommended for dessert after a meal or anytime sweet craving.

Small cafe in the main precinct of Lefkada town. They specialise in Loucomades tiny little fried bundles of heaven. Try them with honey and cinnamon they are delicious! If you don’t have time to stop buy them as a takeaway, but above all buy some.
